Coral Garden

Max depth: 40m / 130ft General profile: 14m / 45 ft for 45 min

The dive starts at a mooring in just 12 met of water in an area with many blue band gobies curiously watching the divers and then darting between broken coral when approached. A leisurely swim will take you to the outer reef where a narrow passage in the reef is teeming with life – orange and purple anthias, grouper, spotted sweetlips and red bass in large schools hang in the current at the mouth of this narrow passage with turtles often sleeping on the top of the reef amongst the cabbage coral. Experienced divers may want to dive a bit deeper along the outside reef to view the large red and orange soft corals and yellow gorgonian fans. A maze of smaller canyons with schools of four stripe snapper, yellow tail goatfish and soldier fish guide you back to the boat.
